Dosthi - Refund Policy

Thank you for using Dosthi Online. We want our users to have a safe and satisfying experience on our platform.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on our platform (such as memberships, subscriptions, or digital services) are non-refundable once the service is activated.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Technical error causing payment failure but money deducted
Service not activated after successful payment
In such cases, users must contact support within 48 hours of the transaction.
3. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel a subscription before the service is activated. Once the service is active, cancellation will stop future renewals but no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
